To begin creating a new listing:
Go to the MY LISTINGS page.
Click on the VIDEO icon.
This action starts the create listing process.
Clicking on the Video icon on the My Listings page will show this flow to the user. The LISTING TYPE modal will open allowing the user to SELECT whether this will be a new listing, new version of existing listing, or remix of someone else’s listing. SELECT the NEW HUB LISTING option and CLICK the NEXT button.
After a New Hub Listing type is chosen, the user will be brought to the UPLOAD tab and is required to upload a supported video file type.
The File Upload and Scanning Tool will launch (see link below for additional instructions, if needed). Once the scan is successfully completed, the modal can be closed and the document will be listed.
On the INFO tab, users are required to fill in a LISTING NAME, LISTING DESCRIPTION, and UPLOAD a thumbnail.
On the SETTINGS tab, users will need to select if the video is a STANDARD or 360 video file.
On the PERMISSIONS Tab, CLICK the LAUNCH button to run the Permissions Wizard. Full instructions can be found at the link below.
Once permissions have been set, CLICK the SAVE button to save all requested changes and allow the user to set the Hub Visibility of the listing.

The DIGITAL THREAD tab provides a centralized view of a listing’s entire digital lifecycle. It captures and displays:
When creating a new listing, this tab will initially show only that listing. As you or others create new versions or remixes, those will be added to this view automatically.
You can return to the Digital Thread tab at any time by choosing to EDIT the listing from the MY LISTINGS page.
Once all required information for a listing is complete and the listing has been saved, the PUBLISH button becomes available.
Publishing a listing moves it from Sandbox to Production, making it officially available for wider access.
After publishing, users will no longer be able to change files on the UPLOAD tab. However, you can still update:
Description on the INFO tab
Listing permissions
To publish:
Click the PUBLISH button.
The Permissions for Production modal will open.
Choose between:
KEEP CURRENT permissions
SET NEW permissions
For this example, select KEEP CURRENT and then click NEXT.
Choosing SET NEW permissions will overwrite the existing permissions for the listing.

The modal will close and the listing will be updated from Sandbox to Production.
To edit a listing, CLICK the PENCIL icon in the ACTION column in the MY LISTINGS table. The table can be accessed from the MOTAR Studio MY LISTINGS page.
Only Unpublished listings are fully editable. Limited changes are allowed on Published listings.
Make any desired changes in the UPLOAD, INFO, SETTINGS, PERMISSIONS, and/or DIGITAL THREAD tabs. The user can navigate between tabs by either CLICKING the TAB TITLE or CLICKING the NEXT button.
Once desired edits have been made, CLICK the SAVE button to save all requested changes and update the Video Listing.
To delete a listing, CLICK the PENCIL icon in the ACTION column in the MY LISTINGS table.
Navigate to the DIGITAL THREAD tab,
CLICK the TRASH CAN icon in the ACTION column of the DIGITAL THREAD tab.
A Delete Listing modal will be displayed.
To confirm deletion of the listing, TYPE the word DELETE in the text field. This will activate the DELETE button which can then be CLICKED.
The user will be returned to the DIGITAL THREAD tab. The listing that has been selected for deletion and will display as archived in the DIGITAL THREAD tab..
