# Tagging

**Adding and Removing Tags**

Tags improve the searchability of your assets and can be used in the Hub to filter and find content quickly. You can add or remove tags from inside any created asset.

**To add a tag:**

* Select the asset from the Studio listings.

* Open the listing menu to view the asset's permissions, details, and tags.
* Click **+ Add a Tag**.

* Type your desired tag — autocomplete will suggest any existing tags.

* Select an existing tag from the list, or press **Enter** to create and save a new one.

Your tags are now active and searchable in the Hub.
