Expands the power and flexibility of the MOTAR platform.

This 3.20 release expands the power and flexibility of the MOTAR platform with the following features:

URL Distribution Support: App Assets can now launch external URLs, enabling support for Captivate-style content and similar web-based lesson formats. URL
AI Front End (Admin Preview): The AI front-end framework has been integrated but remains disabled by default for admins.
xAPI Data Synthesis: Learner interaction data (video and audio) is now synthesized into usable records, including completion percentage, total attempts, and completion status.
Listing Metrics (Beta): Database now tracks high-level asset metrics such as views and downloads for video and audio listings. Audio
Enhanced Learner Records: Learner records now include detailed activity for video and audio content. Learner Record
AI Engine (Beta): The AI engine is now included as part of the official Ghost build, available for early testing. MOTAR AI Engine
Archived Listings Tag: Archived assets are now clearly marked with an “Archived” tag in the Assets Used tab.
UI Cleanup: Removed “Web Browser” text from the app interface for a cleaner experience.

Sandbox Metrics: User metrics are no longer captured for sandbox apps.
SSO Stability: Improved stability and UI behavior during single sign-on (SSO) authentication.
Metrics Reset: Publishing sandbox listings now properly resets associated metrics.
Document Filter: Fixed an issue where the document filter was not functioning correctly in Studio.

Platform version table may appear blank when setting up a new offline instance.
Installation instructions not showing if "Launch with MOTAR 3D" is disabled.
Missing branding images may cause minor display issues.
Data restore does not currently communicate to the user during the process and can appear to be frozen or failed but it is working in the background and will take a bit to complete.
