# How to Deactivate Contractors

**CLICK** the :pencil2: icon to Edit the **Contractor**

The **Contractor** Details page will open.

**Click** on the '<mark style="color:red;">**Deactivate**</mark>' button.

A confirmation popup will open.

Type "Deactivate Contractor" in the text box.

Click the "Deactivate" button.

All Deactivated Contractors are found in the '**Deactivated**' tab.
