When launching an EXE XR application, the Meta Quest headset acts only as a type of monitor. No software will be installed on the headset.
The following instructions show you how to launch a Unity Project deployed to the Windows Platform. (.exe)
After you have navigated to the Oculus distribution option for your desired application, click the download icon and .exe will be downloaded directly to your machine.
In your Oculus home application, navigate to Settings --> General, and next to Unkown Sources, click allow content from unknown sources
After that is completed you are now able to launch the Oculus applications you discover through the App Distribution feature of MOTAR!
