How to Generate and Manage Sandbox Users

Generate Sandbox User

A sandbox user can be generated within the Sandbox Users tab from the Studio home page.

A user can generate a new Sandbox User, whether any already exist or not, by CLICKING the GENERATE SANDBOX USER button.

User Type

A user can select from the following user types: Military Member (DoD), Government Civilian (DoD), Government Contractor (DoD). The user can then select the appropriate dropdown option with each dropdown populating/enabling the next dropdown.

User Details

The user can INPUT the Sandbox User's details to customize the user to their needs. CLICK the NEXT button once all the details have been filled out.

Submit

The submit screen will show an example image of what the Sandbox user will look like. CLICK the GENERATE SANDBOX USER button to finish generating the Sandbox user.

View Sandbox User

If the Studio Org has existing Sandbox Users, a scrollable list of all Sandbox Users can be found on the Sandbox Users tab.

The user is able to SELECT the dropdown arrow next to a Sandbox User to see the user details.

Delete Sandbox User

The user is able to select the trashcan icon next to a Sandbox User to delete the user from the list.
