The Authoritative Listing Toggle can be found on the Digital Thread tab of Production Listings.
CLICK the AUTHORITATIVE LISTING to set it ON. This will update the listing to Authoritative and change the icons on the Digital Thread to match. This signifies to other users that this version of a listing has been defined as the "source of truth" for that entire tree by a Studio Admin.
Only one listing in a listing's version tree can be marked as Authoritative at a time.
Setting a new listing to be the Authoritative will remove the identifier from the previous listing selected and set it to the new listing.
If the Authoritative Listing identifier is being swapped, the owner of the listing that was previously marked as Authoritative will be notified of the change.
The Certified Listing Toggle can be found on the Digital Thread tab of Production Listings.
CLICK the CERTIFIED LISTING to set it ON. This will update the listing to Certified and change the icons on the Digital Thread to match. This signifies to other users that this version of a listing passes a particular set of standards for training as determined by a Studio Admin.
Multiple listings in a digital thread can be marked as Certified, this signifies to other users that the listings are certified for training content.
Setting a new listing to be Certified will add the Certified icon to each additional listing in a tree that is marked as such without removing the certification from previously selected listings.
